Ifeanyi Clement Nweke advises founders, investors, non-bank lenders, and international clients on FinTech and non-bank lending, regulatory compliance, commercial and regulatory dispute resolution, corporate structuring, and cross-border transactions across Africa.
His practice sits at the intersection of law, finance, regulation, and cross-border business. He works with clients from market entry through scale, helping them navigate African regulatory environments, structure compliant and commercially viable operations, facilitate cross-border investments, and manage regulatory and commercial disputes.
A core focus of his advisory work is guiding clients in making early structural decisions around ownership, control, governance, and risk — decisions designed to remain sound as businesses grow and regulatory landscapes evolve.
He regularly supports foreign founders and international investors entering African markets, advising on regulatory positioning, investment structuring, compliance frameworks, and transaction strategy across jurisdictions.
Ifeanyi holds an LLB from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and an LLM in International Trade, Business and Investment Law from University of the Western Cape. His academic training in trade and investment law informs his cross-border and regulatory advisory practice across the continent.
